Watsu is Beneficial to the Body
Watsu is a type of bodywork that uses relaxing hot tub to stretch properly, heal the body and frees customers from various conditions that prevent a healthy constitution. The water should be around 35 degrees Celsius or 95 degrees Fahrenheit to fully achieve the best results. Warm water also helps relax the body, allowing the muscle to loosen in preparation for stretching and body work techniques.
Watsu was created by Harold stuck in the early 1980s, in an experiment with Zen Shiatsu is performed in the pool with his disciples. He was director of the Harbin School of Shiatsu and Watsu massage was developed and is known as the one we use today.
